Responsibilities
- Lead with Excitement: Plan and conduct high-energy training sessions that make learning basketball fun and engaging.
- Personalised Coaching: Give one-on-one guidance to help players shine and reach their personal best.
- Create and Innovate: Develop exciting drills and routines that boost skills and keep practices fresh and dynamic.
- Analyse and Adapt: Spot players’ strengths and areas for improvement, and tailor your coaching to meet their unique needs.
- Organise and Energise: Run basketball games, tournaments, and events that are packed with excitement and enthusiasm.
- Inspire and Motivate: Foster a positive, energetic environment where players are motivated to give their all and enjoy every moment.
Skills
- Coaching Experience: Proven track record in sports coaching, especially in basketball.
- Dynamic Communication: Excellent ability to communicate clearly and energise players.
- Basketball Knowledge: Deep understanding of basketball rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Adaptable Approach: Ability to adjust coaching methods to match different player abilities and learning styles.
- Passionate and Fun: A genuine love for basketball and a commitment to making every practice and game a fun experience for everyone involved.
Coaching locations: Ascot, Bracknell, Lightwater, Windlesham, Windsor, Egham, Englefield Green and more!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £20.00-£42.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
