Premier Education Leeds and Castleford have been working with local schools for over 10 years in and around Leeds and are committed to delivering high quality PE and school sport to thousands of children every week.
Premier Education Leeds and Castleford are looking to employ motivated and inspiring sports coaches to join our expanding team. We are looking for people to join a fast paced and dynamic company committed to growing and expanding opportunities to all of our team.
Please note this position is initially to start on a part time basis but could lead to more hours/fulltime work based on performance.
The successful candidate will:
- Able to plan, deliver and assess a range of high quality innovative sports and physical activities to children following set program guidelines and relevant templates.
- Deliver and promote/market premier activities.
- Independently manage their workload and diaries and also be responsible for the management of the customers of which they are assigned.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all members of the leadership team and designated schools as an advocate for Premier and their values.
- Manage and produce weekly reports on information linked directly to customers and roles assigned and suggest improvements based on data.
- Effectively report on the monitoring and self-evaluation of personal performance.
Skills/Experience required
- Hold all qualifications to meet Premier MOS (minimum operating standards) – Coaching L2 or above, School environment L2 or above e.g. PESS level 2, Coaching Children L2 or above e.g. Multi Skills.
- Demonstrate experience and the ability to follow instructions, procedures and policies with previous experience of meeting set deadlines.
- No Criminal Convictions and be able to successfully undergo a DBS criminal records check.
- Knowledge and experience of using ICT such as Microsoft Office, including; word, excel, etc and access to email.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Proven organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as individually with minimal supervision.
- Passed experience of project management and team management
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to vehicle
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44-£12.90 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
