As a Nursery Sports Head Coach, you will be instrumental in fostering a love for sports and physical activity among early years nursery students ranging from 3 year olds to 5 years old. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging sports sessions that enhance students' skills and teamwork. With core skills in sports coaching and teaching, you will create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and personal growth. As a Sports Coach, you will need to have a great understanding of behaviour management qualities. Your ability to inspire and motivate young athletes will be essential in promoting a healthy lifestyle and building confidence in their abilities. Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging sports coaching sessions.
- Foster a positive learning environment while managing student behavior effectively.
- Assess and monitor students' progress in physical education, providing feedback and support.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports coaching and teaching, particularly in physical education settings
- Strong behavior management skills to effectively engage and motivate students
- Ability to develop tailored coaching programs that cater to diverse skill levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive learning environment
- Relevant certifications in coaching or physical education are preferred
