As a Pay Worker - Venue Lead, you’ll take on a rewarding role overseeing and delivering fun, engaging, and safe activity sessions for children at our various venues.
You’ll ensure every child has a positive and enriching experience while upholding the high standards Premier Education is known for. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about working with children and looking for meaningful, flexible work.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support venue operations, including planning and delivering timetabled activities.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met to create the best possible environment for children.
- Manage sign-in and sign-out processes using software, maintaining accurate headcounts and ratios.
- Provide exceptional leadership across venues, offering in-house training and driving quality and standards.
- Lead confidently during early years/Ofsted inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Essential Knowledge & Skills
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Play work or Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
- Previous experience in leading or supervising childcare provisions.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- A passion for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children.
