Essential skills:
- A relevant coaching qualification Level 2 (or above) and/or degree is essential
- Experience and knowledge of working with children & young people
- Good level of ICT literacy with experience in the use of such programmes as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to work efficiently, under pressure whilst maintaining a high standard of work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate with people at all levels
- Confident and highly motivated
- Ability to inspire, motivate and encourage young people through sport
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
