Established in 2001, Primary Sporting Development (PSD) has grown to become one of the leading providers of school sports coaching and physical education in West London. With over two decades of experience, we are proud to work within more than 70 schools across the region, delivering high-quality PE lessons and sports coaching to children aged 4 to 18. Our programs aim to inspire a lifelong love of sport and physical activity, fostering the development of skills, teamwork, and confidence.

In addition to our holiday programs, PSD also offers a Football Development Academy during the evenings and weekends. The Academy is tailored for young aspiring footballers who want to enhance their skills, technique, and understanding of the game. Led by experienced coaches, the sessions focus on player development and guiding players of all levels to reach their full potential.
Role Overview:
We are seeking passionate and motivated Sports Coaches to join our team as PE Teachers for schools in West London. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable coaching experience in an educational setting, helping young students develop their skills, confidence, and enjoyment of physical activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Physical Education sessions across primary and secondary schools.
- Plan and deliver engaging PE sessions that cater to varying skill levels and age groups.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for students.
- Encourage participation and promote the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle.
- Collaborate with school staff to align PE sessions with school curriculum objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in sports coaching, ideally with children or young people.
- Strong communication and motivational skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- A background or qualification in sports coaching or physical education is preferred.
- A proactive, adaptable approach and enthusiasm for working with students of all ages and abilities.
