- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Integrate sports coaching techniques into lessons to promote physical fitness and teamwork among students.
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behaviour.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
Requirements
- A recognised teaching qualification is essential.
- Previous experience in teaching or education is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge or experience in sports coaching is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A genuine passion for educating and nurturing young learners.
