We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time member of Staff. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering Nursery, lunch clubs, P.E and after school clubs, providing a safe and engaging environment for children to participate in various activities.
Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver a sessions each day, ensuring a fun and stimulating environment for children.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that cater to the interests and needs of the children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the children during the after school club.
- Encourage active participation and engagement from all children.
- Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere within the club.
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding any updates or concerns related to their child's participation.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the after school club.
Requirements: - Previous experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and connect with children of various age groups.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and execute activities effectively.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to commit to a consistent schedule.
- First Aid and DBS certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Must pass a background check.
Working Hours: This is a part-time position, requiring You to work a minimum of 13 hours per week during term time and holiday camps during the half terms.
Mondays - 11:15-12:15, 12:15-13:15, 16:00-17:00
Tuesdays- 12:15-13:15, 15:30-16:15
Wednesdays- 12:15-13:15, 15:30-16:30
Thursdays -10:30-11:30, 12:15-13:15, 15:15-16:15
Fridays - 12:15-13:15, 13:15-14:15, 15:15-16:15
