At All Kids Can, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of background or circumstance. We work across schools and communities to provide meaningful, engaging and impactful support for children and young people through sport, education and creative interventions.
Founded in 2022, the STARTS Programme was developed through strong partnerships with SEN/SEMH schools, PRUs (Pupil Referral Units), and Alternative Provisions. Through our ongoing work in these settings, we identified a need to support young people struggling with attendance, engagement and academic progress. This is a flexible and tailored intervention programme. This role will support across several areas including, strengthening family relationships, set and reinforce positive behaviour expectations, promote health peer integrations and provide schools/professionals with reports on impact and progress.
